Using the DISC assessment, discover your own behavioral style along with its strengths and potential liabilities. Walk away with ideas of how to interact productively with those whose style differs from yours.

Sometimes we avoid seemingly tough conversations because we aren’t sure how to communicate the message effectively. This session covers a basic model that will help you formulate the right message and make it easier to deliver. The model is also useful for receiving feedback!
